I think it is population and density of houses mainly. There are no cases in most West Sussex Villages but Brighton has many. Similar Marbella and Benalmadena have quite a lot of cases. Has been plenty of photos on Spanish social media of people breaking the restrictions. France is quite strict as they have to fill out an attestation form every time they leave the house with time so if they are stopped Police know if they have taken more than an hour.

Up until yesterday, It wasn't possible to do hardly anything so no matter what reason people were out,it was easy for restrictions to be policed. Since yesterday the relaxation for kids still means that you have to be within a kilometre from your house.
However, although there has been a slight relaxation, the rules are still tighter than the current ones in the UK.

It’s inevitable. The kids haven’t seen their mates for 6 weeks and the adults haven’t seen their neighbours for 6 weeks either. You can’t avoid contact with them and you couldn’t don’t walk away either. I think where they will clamp down is when people get in the car and drive to the park or beach.

The same problem will be there if they let all the adults out. I really cannot see what is wrong for the parents and 3 kids getting in their car and driving to a suitable place. The problem is when the get out of the car when social distancing still has to applied.

We get our exercise in and around the house as we are lucky to have a big plot. One circuit of the garden and terrace is about 400m but it’s a pretty boring way to get any exercise . A long walk along the paseo would be nice but we are over 1 km away and being up in the Campo there are too many gradients to cope with.

Hi there,

Information on confirmed cases (and deaths) in Andalucia at municipal district level was published for the first time today. Forum members may want to check out the statistics for their town.

At the bottom of this page there is a chart of confirmed cases in each of the coastal towns.

For all the town halls in Andalucia click on the source link under the table.

If any of you are Endesa customers then they are giving a 15% discount on the highest bill in April or May.

The information posted by andalucia is interesting but only gives details by province. I cannot find a way to click on something that gives me details by town. Can someone tell me how to find that information, please.

I hope that we (me & the missus) can get back to work soon, we hate the idea of being on 'paro'... (Well.. When we get anything...)

I dont think that planes will be landing here before june / july tho.

My bills have changed and now come from EnergiaXXI and this doesn't discount seem to be an option on their website. I can no longer sign into Endesa as it says I am now an EnergiaXXI client.

Was that the Endesa site though Lyric? I can no longer log into Endesa, it says I'm now a client of EnergiaXXI and that 'campaign' option isn't available on the request page

Why did you find it difficult?
Seemed very easy and simple to me.
On the other hand, why didn't they just apply the discount without the customer requesting the discount?
Hard to imagine any customer not wanting the discount.
Cheers
