Hi
I have been trying to reset and access my Endesa Account for the past few days. I have reset my Password 4 times already and yet once Endesa has accepted my New Password, upon entering my Details again Endesa says my Password still is incorrect,try again. Has any other Forum Member had this difficulty recently. I have contacted Endesa Client Section from whom I received an acknowledgement of my query. I am waiting patiently for their reply now.

Just tried to access my account at https://www.endesaclientes.com/homes/login.html
Tells me my "Username or password is not correct"
I had entered the correct details.
Seems like, to me, that they are having problems with their site.

I have just tried and it informed me that my user name had been changed (by them) they sent an e-mail to tell me what they had changed it to, my e-mail address, access was then granted both on the PC and the mobile application.

Something weird is happening.
As mentioned in my previous post got "Username or password is not correct"
So I clicked the "forgot username" link and inputted my email address.
Now says I don't have an account with that email address.
I have received emails from them at my email address previously.

I had the same problem when trying to claim my 15% discount. I contacted the Client Section and they got back to me and sorted it out.
