Postby ashtondav » Wed Oct 07, 2020 8:05 pm

Tonight. Can’t get service from nowtv. It says nowtv no longer supported on this device. LG tv and connecting via bb4spain internet. Worked ok for 10 years. Any ideas?

Same message on my LG TV.
Separate Nowtv boxes are available.

Sorry, when you said you got the message on your LG tv I assumed it was a Smart TV and you were using the smart Now tv app.
I will dig out my Now tv box, connect it up and see what happens if I have time sometime today.
Cheers

Dug out my Now TV box and connected it up.
Got message " something went wrong"
Doing some Google searches reveals that LG tv older than 2014 can't now use Now tv due to an LG tv update from Aug 27th.
LG are, apparently looking into it.
Cheers

Ta, Gerry. That’s it. Bloody typical unnecessary redundancy. Great.
