For my area has numerous occurences of "must close by 22:30" when there is a general curfew of 22:00 to 07:00 and those particular places where non essential that must close at 18:00
Cheers

looks like things are going downhill again folks ...

So now we cant leave our towns without justification. And we have to be home by 22.00 And all non-essencial shops etc to be closed at 18.00.
No hay alternativa. Moreno has become a TINA too like Boris and Thatcher before them

I went to Velez hospital today for an appointment (well outside of my municipality) and didn't see a single police car anywhere on my journey. Nice and quiet on the motorway and no waiting at the hospital. I'm surprised as I thought the police would relish setting up a few road blocks.

Guardia Civil were out in force yesterday around crossroads at Puente don Manuel ... we could go to the English store and Spanish supermarket et al but the bakery, which is the other side of the main road, was out of bounds as it is in Periana municipality!

They had that problem in France with some places shops had to close and next door didn't. Even worse on the French belgian border where the border cuts across some streets.

I've been to the hospital for an appointment today too (albeit within the same municipality). No waiting for me either, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I have to go to another appointment in Rincon de la Victoria next week, hope that one will be equally straightforward.

I´ve been stopped 2x already near the airport on my way to or from work, the MiL has been stopped on the beach road at mezquitilla / algarobbo.

Surely you’re allowed out of the municipality to shop? Here in Frigiliana we don’t have a supermarket and the nearest is in Nerja.

technically no. With the MiL - she was on the way to LIDL at algarobbo, because theres literally nothing, not even small shops, in mezquitilla. They let her go, as apparently some traffico have some comman sense.

There are "small" shops in frigiliana now no? a coviran etc maybe a dia ? I´m not sure if you can leave to go where you want, or if you have to "make do" with the ones that you have?

I drove from Rincon to Bilbao on Tuesday morning (933kms) and never saw a control or police car going north. I saw 4 GC on the motorway going in the other direction. I allowed 13 hours for a 10 hour drive as I thought I would lose and hour or so with 4 or 5 15 minute police stops. Nada.
