I have just been to the town hall in Pizarra to register on the Padron. Took all required documents.
They just gave me a photocopy of the document, they wouldn't even put an official stamp on it. Surely this won't be accepted for Residencia.
I had one years ago and it was an original with all the green official stamps on it, have things changed.

Re: Padron Registration
My town hall is all available online, all I get is something printed from a printer with no stamp.
I get the same certificate whether I print at home or ask the town hall. The certificate has a code that yiu can use to check the validity

Re: Padron Registration
If you have a digital certificate you can enter the electronic office of the Pizarra town hall and apply for and download a current padrón:
https://pizarra.sedelectronica.es/info.0
If you don't have one, now may be the time to act.
