Gluten free eateries around Torrox

Can anyone share where they recommend for gluten free food options please? We are wanting to try authentic Spanish food, but due to my gluten intolerance, want to be sure the restaurant understands fully how to serve safe gluten free food.
Any suggestions within 30 mins ish drive of Torrox would be appreciated.

Also, do the supermarkets have specific free from aisles? Thank you.

A Nightmare. I live in the campo close to Torrox Pueblo, my Wife is Gluten Intolerant but is not Celiac. One of the best is La Plaza in the Plaza de Constituion a clear alergen annotated menu and an understanding i.e. seperate deep fat fryers. There is a gluten free restaurant "La Pica" with what is best described as a limited menu but all home cooking and the chef is Celiac. MA102 a little South of the centre of the Pueblo
Most restaurants , while it is law to have an allergen menu, ignore this bit so one is reduced to asking the waiter.
Most of the Indian establishments are ok watch the bread most are made with Garam flour but Nans for instance are wheat.

The free from aisle has not arrived in this part of Spain. Sin Gluten produce is best marked in the Mercadonna chain. the others leave it to label reading. I think Carrefour have a free from area but the nearest large one is some distance away so I rarely go.
