Powered Speakers

Postby jonbar.1 » Mon Sep 23, 2024 9:56 am

In order to enhance the sound on our TV we have connected a pair of " powered speakers"
The result is excellent
( we can now hear what "Cathrine in" Happy Valley" is saying!)
The only downside is that the speakers automatically go into " standby" after 10mins of not being used.
This means that we have to switch them on before using the TV.
I know it's only a matter of pressing a button on the remote, but it's annoying me
Is there a way around this?
Cheers: JB

Hi jonbar.1

Google....................... "anyway to prevent 'your speaker make/model' going into standby"
All my best learning experiences start with a problem I need to solve.
