Cheap call number to UK??????

Ages ago, I saw that there was a "902" prefix number that one dialled for a "local call rate" to UK. Can't find it anywhere - is it still in existence??

Telefonica called me today to offer cheap international calls, they quoted 5 cents per min any time day or night to UK.

Don't know who it is but I always use it to phone UK landlines. I spoke for 2hrs 28 mins last month for 8 euros - I just checked my bill.

Do these numbers work if you phone from a (spanish SIM) mobile? If so how much is it, and is there a connection charge. I use Vodafone.
