All the different birds and wildlife around, I could know which time of the year it is by the appearance of different species.

knowing you can plan a day out in advance and be 95% certain it won't rain. excellent for driving/ walking/sunbathing.

you have not heard of or tasted the Iberian Secret :roll: we find this very strange, what about presa ? In this country where pork is THE meat it astonishes us that more folks have not seen.heard or eaten it :shock:

the Iberian Secret
not very common n Malaga..but now available in some shops...this is a cut of pork from the Iberian pig ... a popular dish served in Huelva Cadiz and it seem Sevilla.
