Water company Aljarafesa virtual office problem.

Postby rafiki » Thu Aug 29, 2024 11:00 am

Maybe nobody here is a customer of Aljarafesa water company but perhaps someone could shed some light on a problem I'm having getting into their virtual office.

I can access their home page ok aljarafesa.es but from there I cannot access the login page for the virtual office oficinavirtual.aljarafesa.es. No matter what I do, clicking 'Oficina Virtual' from the home page, which should bring up the login page, takes me first to a blank page then, after a few seconds brigs up the cookies options. No matter which option I choose there I hit another blank page.

I have tried with three browsers, Edge, Firefox and Vivaldi, on three operating systems, MacOS 14, Windows 11 and Linux Mint 22 and in all cases I have cleared all cookies, cache and page settings to no avail. I have tried in the private mode of each and in the troubleshooting mode in Firefox.

Aljarafesa maintain their pages are working so I'm looking for further inspiration if anyone can help, please.
Brian.

I'll go back to them again Enrique, thank you. I don't get any errors, just blanks. After re-reading my post I realised I had forgotten Tor browser but no joy there either, or on Vivaldi on my iPhone.
