El Rompido offers the only 36-hole course in the area. Situated in the marshlands of the Piedras River, an area of incomparable natural beauty, it was specifically designed by Álvaro Arana with respect for the environment in mind. The fairways are spectacular and the greens impeccable.
Each half of this southern course, which was opened in 2003, is quite distinct as regards the landscape, so technique is important and both nines require precision shots and a great deal of strategy. Practice facilities include two long and one short driving range as well as three putting greens and two bunker areas.

Directions: From Sevilla: take exit 105 from the A-49, signposted “Acceso a playas de Cartaya” (Access to the Cartaya beach).
In Cartaya, take the direction of “El Rompido”.
After 7 Km, turn right towards Golf el Rompido
From Faro: Take the IP1 Motorway, then head along the A-49 in the direction of Seville.
Take exit 105 off the A-49, signposted “Acceso a playas de Cartaya”.
In Cartaya, take the direction of “El Rompido”.
After 7 Km, turn right towards Golf el rompido.
