City Centre
If you wish for an urban lifestyle with more than
a touch of Spanish charm, Marbella's city centre might be the place
for you. Here, as in any Spanish city, you will find mostly flats
available, mainly in high-rise buildings.
Be advised that Spanish towns and cities are noisy
and Marbella is no exception. However, double-glazed windows can
create a peaceful haven in the midst of the city's hustle and bustle.
And there are numerous conveniences to "doing as the Spaniards"
and living in the centre of town.
To begin with expect to find all amenities virtually
on your doorstep. A school for your children should be within walking
distance, and your neighbourhood should have a health centre, church
and other community institutions available to residents.
Parking is a consideration though. As it is tight,
you are best off purchasing a home that comes with a parking space,
or purchasing parking separately if necessary.
