I'm also reminded that there used to be and maybe still is, a museum dedicated to Los Bandoleros (of whom there were many by all accounts) in Ronda. Maybe someone who lives in that area can confirm it's still open, but the internet seems to say "yes".
One "bandolero" who comes to mind and whose name carries on, is Pasos Largos: now the name of a bodega making some very expensive and quite excellent red wines.
