Kabuki Raw - Restaurant in Finca Cortesin Hotel

Finca Cortesin Hotel's signature restaurant, Kabuki Raw, serves avant-garde Asian fusion cuisine, overseen by Head Chef Luis Olarra and managed by the Kabuki Group, a world-leader in Japanese cuisine. In the former Michelin one star restaurant (2017 to 2019) some of the dishes served at Kabuki Raw take inspiration from the unique surroundings of the province of Malaga, providing a special combination of Andalusian ingredients and authentic Japanese food. Highlights include wild shrimp tortillas, garlic and almond soup, or bull usuzukuri with pan de mollete, as well as classic Kabuki dishes and orthodox Japanese cooking.

From Tuesday to Saturday the restaurant is open from 19:30 to 23:30, where diners can enjoy the distinctive and sophisticated interior design in keeping with the Kabuki group's style. In summer the restaurant also opens on Sundays. Any reservations can be made via telephone call.
