José Carlos Garcia - Michelin star Restaurant in Malaga City
Located in the port of Malaga, with a contemporary design and a stunning terrace, this eponymous restaurant offers stunning dishes such as hake with beetroot and caviar gazpachuelo. The cuisine on offer represents the gastronomic culture of this region of Andalusia, with quality ingredients being selected and brought from both the vast in land area of Malaga as well as its magnificent seafronts. José Carlos Garcia is open from 13:00 - 15:00 and 20:00 - 22:00 and is closed Sundays and Mondays. For bookings of 7 people or more you will have telephone for a reservation.

When we hear the name of chef José Carlos García, we tend to look back to the legendary family-run Café de París, the restaurant where he first burst onto the culinary scene and made his name. This restaurant, overlooking the luxury yachts in the Muelle Uno dock, is a contemporary space that is both elegant and informal, where cutting-edge trends and industrial design combine with vertical gardens and a chillout zone, while remaining completely in tune with the style and bright feel of the Mediterranean. The delicate and contemporary cuisine, based around old-school principles, showcases the flavours of Andalucia and, first and foremost, the land and sea around Málaga (clams, whiting, pipirrana etc). The terrace here is an absolute delight!
