New Flamenco - Pepe Habichuela

Pepe Habichuela

A legendary figure in the flamenco/nuevo flamenco scene, a member of the Habichuela flamenco dynasty and uncle to members of both Ketama and Pata Negra, Habichuela has crossed borders accompanied by a boggling array of international stylists, from avant-garde jazz trumpeter Don Cherry to British-born Asian composer Nitin Sawhney, as well as a stalwart of various line-ups involving Enrique Morente, Camarón and Paco de Lucia. Don't miss his extraordinary Bollywood excursion.
