El Rompido Course - North
The unique climate of the area allows this course to be played at any time of the year. Inaugurated in 2006, it was designed by Álvaro Arana whose main aim was to respect the environment. It is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Piedras River marshlands and weaves it way through pine trees and orange groves. The fairways are long and wide, giving players, whatever their handicap, a wonderful opportunity to perfect their game.
A putting green and an approach and pitching green with bunker complete the excellent installations, along with two practice grounds, one of more than 250 metres for long drives, the other suitable for 30 to 50 metre shots.

Directions: from the Seville-Huelva-Portugal highway, take the Cartaya turn-off (beach access). Continue to Cartaya, then on to El Rompido. The golf course is located just before the seaboard town of El Rompido.
From Huelva, take the highway towards Punta Umbría. Turn off for El Portil and continue to El Rompido. The golf course is to the left just after passing through El Rompido. Map
