Fiesta del Romero is celebrated on the 2nd February. This is a pilgrimage in which people eat fried chorizo and eggs, before coaches of visitors arrive from Cataluña at the weekend to celebrate the gastronomy of the town; a giant paella and cold meats are shared on the Saturday, and stews and meats on the Sunday.
