Surf hotels differentiate themselves from other hotels through their location on a surf beach and usually a surf themed decor. They will be suitable in that storage facilities for surf equipment is available.

Room with a View Hotels

A selection of hotels which have been chosen for their picturesque views from the windows and balconies of guest rooms and public areas. For these “room with a view” hotels, location is key – whether beach, mountain, lake or city - which is why we have chosen a variety of hotels in beautiful destinations to ensure you can see a beautiful Andalusian landscape from your own room (you may have to specify this when booking).

Village Hotels

Here you will find a selection of hotels located in the numerous villages of Andalucia. Thanks to their location, guests at these hotels can enjoy strolls around traditional Andalusian streets, surrounded by quaint and well decorated homes typical of pueblos blancos (white villages).

Farm (house) Hotels

A selection of hotels which are based in the countryside, mainly in small villages and that are situated on or near agricultural land. Farm hotels are best described as a form of agritourism in that these hotels are part of a working farm. They offer the chance to immerse oneself in traditional rural Andalusian life, perhaps even helping out on the farm itself.

Walking Hotels

A selection of hotels which can be found in locations that have good walking or hiking routes available nearby. Andalucia has many ranges of hills and mountains, as well as spectacular scenery in less undulating landscapes, offering innumerable opportunities to explore the natural environment on foot, a delight for birdwatchers and nature-lovers.

Roadside Hotels (Motels)

These hotels are located close to a motorway or a major road, and are ideal for anyone undertaking a long car journey across Andalucia, perhaps to discover the lesser-known parts of the region. They offer a convenient place to stay without having to make a detour onto a smaller road to find a hotel after a long day’s driving, although the downside is that they are functional rather than beautiful and full of character.

Honeymoon Hotels

Honeymoon hotels are usually set in attractive locations and have specific offerings for couples to enjoy a unique and intimate stay, creating a romantic start to their married life. Whether it be a stunning beach; a rural, secluded area with outstanding natural views and a relaxing atmosphere; or a bustling city with plenty of cultural activities, the location will be memorable.

Casino Hotels

Casino hotels are those which offer, or allow access to, casinos as part of the available facilities. Generally, these hotels offer a number of other facilities around the casino, such as bars, restaurants or swimming pools, to add an element of luxury and entertainment to a guest’s stay.
