Located in the La Reserva area of Sotogrande Alta near the La Reserva Golf Club House,  the Beach Club  features a unique artificial 2.800 m2 beach (sand imported from Punta Paloma Tarifa) and  sandy based artificial lagoon,  combined with a 17.000 m2 water-sport lagoon set in a natural hollow in Sotogrande hillside.

In the up-market areas of Andalucia, a growing trend has evolved for a beach life quite different from the simple pleasures of buckets and spades, cool boxes and fold-away deck chairs. Many simple, traditional "chiringuitos" or beach bars still exist dotted along the coast where you can enjoy local cuisine and get an ice cream.

Nikki Beach Marbella opened in 2003 and comprises of a swimming pool with VIP beds on a raised deck, a large open air restaurant, a centrally located octagon-shaped bar, a Lifestyle Boutique and a VIP terrace with views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Ocean Club Marbella is one of the largest beach clubs in Europe. It offers a new concept in exclusivity, avant-garde, fashion and cuisine, created to enjoy the excellent climate in Marbella.

Long established chill-out location, Victor’s Beach is located just off Marbella’s Golden Mile. The atmosphere is laid back and friendly and is full of local socialites. It has changed since being connected by the seafront promenade from being a hidden gem to a more conventional established front beach bar with sunbeds.

Located on the beach front next to the Puente Romano Hotel, Marbella, the setting is tropical and sophisticated with wonderful sea views. An international crowd enjoys Mediterranean food during the day and a more Arabic and Oriental style by night.

Located between San Pedro Alcántara and Puerto Banús , surrounded by palm trees and panoramic sea views, Mistral attracts a wide variety of people, including families. It has been open for 10 years and is famous for its beautifully presented seafood dishes, as well as Italian food. Music is chill-out style with live music in summer.

A five-star hotel, spa and golf resort, Finca Cortesin on the Costa del Sol is considered by many to be one of the finest hotels in Spain. Most of Andalucia's landmark hotels - ones which are well known for their unusual or visually stunning buildings - are housed in historic buildings: old convents, castles or palaces. But a few are in cleverly-designed modern structures - though you'd never know it.

Located in Sotogrande the Troacdero Sotogrande Beach Club boasts beautiful green lawns typical of the area and sun loungers placed steps away from the beach. Buffet lunches are on offer and it is a favourite meeting place for the Sotogrande set while they enjoy many facilities.

Although named ‘Puro Beach Marbella', this beach club is actually located further west along the coast in the Laguna Village complex at Playa El Padron just west of the Kempinski Hotel and Estepona town.

Part of the Hotel Los Monteros inthe exclusive Los Monteros urbanizacion east of Marbella, La Cabane provides all manner and size of luxury sunbeds and the prerequisite Champagne to complement the occasion. The atmosphere is exclusive and Mediterranean candle-lit dinners are a specialty here, along with live music at weekends.

The Octogono Beach Club and accompanying tennis club were constructed and opened along with the Marina in 1987. Its name comes from the modular construction of the roof of the club house as a series of octagonal 'umbrellas'. It predominantly operates as a small private club, with seasonal and annual membership packages ideal for Sotogrande residents. Its busy notice board of events, workshops and training sessions is a testament to this.
