CARMONA
A small museum containing interesting exhibits and information is located within the site of the Necrópolis Romano, an important burial ground dating from 1st Century BC to 4th century AD.

Paintings, sculptures, mosaics and other artefacts are displayed in the Museo de la Ciudad, depicting life and culture in the town from Palaeolithic times to the 20th century.

A remarkable mosaic, the Mosaico de la Medusa can be seen in the cloisters of the town hall building situated in a 17th-century Jesuit convent.

The Casa de Carmona, a 16th century palace now a luxury hotel, contains many Renaissance paintings and pieces of furniture.
