Eastern Beach

Eastern Beach is Gibraltar's largest and most accessible stretch of coastline, offering a relaxed seaside atmosphere with a uniquely Gibraltarian backdrop of the east face of the Rock, Situated on the east coast, the beach enjoys open views across the Mediterranean, on a clear day, peaks of the Sierra Blanca can be seen to the north. 

The beach itself is a mix of sand and small pebbles which makes it perfect for sunbathing, paddling and swimming. When the Levante wind blows it cools down Eastern significantly, however, in the summer it makes it a refreshing spot during hotter days.

Eastern is well equipped for visitor, with public toilet facilities and shower, making it easy to spend a full day by the sea.
