Ronda Road - La Heredia
La Heredia sits on the hillside and is remembered in its original form as an attractive Mediterranean-style development of pastel-coloured houses in a village configuration. It even had steep, narrow cobbled streets. The original phase of this recreation of an Andalucian village just outside Marbella was built in the 1980s and it was an extremely chic address. Properties rarely came on the market for sale. The development was expanded by the La Perla group in the late 1990s.
