English language Bookshops
There are numerous bookshops in all the major towns and cities of Andalucia. All markets are catered for, and there are a number of English language Bookshops and other international language book shops in Andalucia catering for the foreign resident.
Guidebooks for all the major tourist attractions are generally available close by the attraction itself.
Book fairs are often held in town squares. These are good opportunities to buy books on a wide range of subjects and languages at reasonable prices.

Longmans Bookshop
Longmans Bookshop in Estepona was almost an institution and opened in 1970s by Sonia Longman and her sister. The shop was also a centre of exhibitions and charity work especially animal welfare charities. It closed when the sisters retired in 2012.
