Iglesia de los Tres Juanes This church is the most frequented religious building in the area. It was built in 1941. It was named after San Juan Evangelista, San Juan Bautista and San Juan de Dios, but was never used for religious purposes. The chapel was restored in the 1990s and converted into a socio-cultural centre. Inside, it boasts a magnificent Mudejar coffered ceiling and houses the Atarfe Natural Science Museum. The church has also become a symbol for the locals and is featured in the municipal coat of arms. It is located on Cerro del Castillejo
