Between Marbella and Puerto Banús, set in a stunning 2,000 m2 of lush subtropical gardens on the famous Golden Mile, is the five-star NH Alanda Hotel, where you will find the Elysium Spa. The Elysium spa is divided into different areas, each offering beauty and wellbeing treatments. One part is dedicated to seawater hydrotherapy and physiotherapy. In this section there are many forms of Jacuzzi baths, body wraps (such as slimming seaweed baths) and rehabilitation treatments, including underwater massage and a range of lymphatic drainage therapies. The 'wet' area includes a heated pool, underwater jets and ice room. You can also have an anti-aging facial, or an anti-cellulite firming and anti-stress body treatment.
Treatments from specialist professionals, such as physiotherapy, are also on offer.
