Palacio de Paz
At the far end of the massive fairground, there is a large municipal theatre called the Palacio de Paz. There are many events on there – not only during the week of the fair. As well as theatre, there are excellent concerts, singing and dance. For full information on what’s on, call into the Casa de Cultura for a current programme.

Salon Varietes
Salon Varietes Theatre in the centre of Fuengirola, in Calle Emancipación, just off the main square, is the only English speaking theatre in southern Spain. Built in 1925, it later became a cinema. But then in 1985 it was re-launched as a theatre and has been going strong ever since. The shows vary from musicals, farce, drama, mystery and even pantomime. The Theatre closes during summer and starts a new season in September.
