Hinojares

Hinojares is the smallest town in the Jaén province, acquiring its name during Muslim rule, due to the abundance of fennel (hinojo) growing in its municipal district. Part of its charm lies in it being within the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas Natural Park.

Parador de Cordoba

The Parador in Córdoba is in the northern part of the city of Córdoba, and provides the perfect starting point for discovering the wonders of Córdoba province. It is built upon the ruins of the summer palace of Abderramán I. Nestled into the foothills of the Córdoban mountain range and surrounded by trees and greenery this location is reported to be about 4 degrees cooler than the provincial capital.

Parador de Ayamonte

Malaga is by far the dominant airport. All the airports increased their passenger movements up to 2007. All except Malaga have seen reduced passenger movements since then.

Malaga Airport

Málaga Airport is the fourth busiest airport in Spain with over 22 million passenger movements in 2023. Malaga Airport offers full range of passenger services. The airport essentially operates from Terminal 3 which was opened in March 2010. The second runway which is only used at peak times was opened in June 2012.

Seville Airport - Statistics

Seville Airport is the second most important airport in Andalucia after Málaga. It is located 3 km northeast from the city. Designed by Rafael Moneo, its construction is based on the Sevillian culture.

Castillo del Aguila (Eagle’s Castle) in Gaucin

Castillo del Aguila (Eagle's Castle) in the Moorish hilltown of Gaucin, consists of a series of fortifications built across a rocky ridge above the village. The castle, which is of Roman origin, and was reinforced by the Moors, is located on top of a hill whose east and south slopes are practically impregnable; the best way to reach this magnificent, historic building is by walking up Calle Larga.

Sara Baras

Sara Pereyra Baras was born in Cadiz in 1971 and from an early age received dance instruction from her mother. She had her first dance lessons at La Tertulia Flamenca de la Isla, in San Fernando, an academy that was run by her mother Concha Vargas and after this she joined Los Niños de la Tertulia Flamenco, where she served her apprenticeship as a flamenco dancer.

C's - Ciudadanos

Cuidadanos is relatively new party whose origins lie in Catalunia as a platform of intellectuals who felt they were not represented by the traditional parties. On 7th June 2005 they presented their first manifesto and their objective to form a political party. In July 2006 they celebrated their first congress.
