Located in Sotogrande the Troacdero Sotogrande Beach Club boasts beautiful green lawns typical of the area and sun loungers placed steps away from the beach. Buffet lunches are on offer and it is a favourite meeting place for the Sotogrande set while they enjoy many facilities.

For the 2015 Season the club was refurbished and renamed Trocadero. Since the old name Cucurucho was used for 30 years the beach club will be known by both for a while. The pale blue inverted cone (Spanish slang cucurucho) which is a landmark part of the building remains.

As the name suggests the club is in the African colonial style, with fabrics, decoration, hammocks.

Facilities include two swimming pools.

Activities are arranged for children in the summer season including swimming lessons, water sports, beach games and workshops for face painting, pottery, balloon modeling, juggling etc.

Flamenco Festivals Trocadero Sotogrande

The first five editions of the Trocadero flamenco festival in Sotogrande took place at the Trocadero Beach Club and Restaurant over four weekends in August each year form 2024 to 2025. The Trocadero 'mas que flamenco' festival presents celebrated names from the world of flamenco, and from the wider music scene in the intimate setting of the the Trocadero Beach Club and Restaurant. The 2026 edition of the Trocadero Flamenco Festival has been rebranded Enclave de Sol Festival in 2026.
