Andalucia Costa del Sol, Spanish Open 2026

Andalucia Costa del Sol Ladies Spanish Open 2026

The Andalucian Ladies Open 2026 presented by Oysho, has been confirmed to be held at La Cala Resort in Míjas from November 26th to the 29th to close the Ladies European Tour.   The championship will be held on the La Cala Europa course, one of three courses designed by Cabell Robinson, a layout that stands out for its character.

The change of venue each year for this tournament is derived form the commitment by the institutional sponsors; Andalucia and the Costa del Sol tourist board to reinforce the link between the Spanish Women’s Open and the Costa del Sol.

The Europa course is known for its strategic nature and for demanding precision on approach shots rather than power off the tee. It is a well-balanced course where the tee shot clearly influences the chances on each hole, especially due to the well-protected, undulating greens with slopes that require precise reading of the ball.

The Rio Ojén is an integral part of the course, and its presence on several holes, along with the course’s variety of elevated tees and changes of direction, demands great precision from players throughout the round. The course combines holes where aggressive play is possible with others where course management will be key. In this sense, the Europa course is shaping up to be a very fair setting for the end of the season, where consistency and control of the game often make the difference.

For Sean Corte-Real, general manager of La Cala Resort, “it is an honor to host the Andalucía Costa del Sol Open de España and the LET Grand Final at our facilities. This tournament represents the pinnacle of European women’s golf and perfectly aligns with our commitment to providing world-class experiences, both on and off the course.”

Regarding the course design, Corte-Real commented: “The Europe course will present a very comprehensive challenge for the players, where strategy, precision, and decision-making will be crucial. We are confident that, together with our infrastructure and the quality of the destination, we will offer an ideal setting for the season finale of an event of this magnitude.”
