Alhambra del Mar
This is a quiet, high-end urbanisation developed by Roy Boston, the German singer (he had hits with España Olé and La Parranda in 1973) turned property developer, who died in the late 1980s. It is a quiet leafy complex within the 'Marbella Mar' district. Alhambra del Mar is located on the beach side of the Golden Mile at the east end near the Palacio de Congresos. (Congres Hall).
From the outside Alhambra del Mar is set in quiet leafy tree lined streets, from the inside it is set in tropical gardens. The complex is 100m from the beach and the Marbella seafront promenade and within leisurely walking distance of the centre of Marbella.
